Hillcrest – Heritage is our Future: Phase III Release Dates
The third phase of the Hillcrest project is eighteen months into development and is receiving overwhelming support from the local Thunder Bay community. Phase I and Phase II of the development is 100% sold out and the Hillcrest team is transitioning into Phase III of the project.
Phase III of the project is scheduled to be released to the market on August 1st, 2017. Currently, we are asking prospective buyers to sign up on our mailing list for future details of the release or schedule an on-site appointment with sales manager, Keri, on-site to obtain preliminary details on Phase III development.
Phase III units will include a variety of unique features, which include, but are not limited to: lake and city views; balcony units within each condo suite; a variety of floors plans ranging from 800 to 2,000 square feet will be available (1BDR, 1BDR + Den, 2BDR, 2BDR + DEN); unit customization of counter tops, cabinet colors, flooring and more.
In addition to the individual units, Hillcrest will include a number of common amenities for residents. The goal of the common amenities is to create a sense of community within the building while also providing a variety of services that will maximize the space and allow residents to live a holistic lifestyle. The common amenities will include a roof top patio, a gym area, a movie theatre with auditorium style space, two multi-use lounges, common elevator, a dog park, and a BBQ patio.
