Feel the pride of owning a Hillcrest Village Condo
If you told my wife and I, buying a condo would be in the cards two years ago I would have to say your nuts, but fast-forward those two years and it has became a reality for us.
The whole experience is something that is hard to describe in words until you meet the staff and crew of the condos.
Front line staff of Keri and Devika is really what makes you feel at ease from the first meeting. There are no hard sells at Hillcrest. Keri makes the whole buying experience from showing units in your price range, which is a big plus, to showing you what is included and what is and upgrade to a unit. We never felt like we were in over our heads considering a unit at Hillcrest Village. I can truly say that any reasonable request by me or my wife has been tended too in a very short period of time.
On the construction end of the condos Brady and Kevin walk through every step of the building of your unit. Being that we had never bought a condo before, they seem to understand that cautiousness, and want to make the experience as easy as possible for first and seasoned condo buyers. If you were to own your own company these are the people you would want to bring in to run the project. They put the customer first.
To make a long story short, my wife and I feel like we belong at the Hillcrest Village Condos already after only being here a short time. We have met most of our neighbors at Hillcrest, and living in another Thunder Bay neighborhood for 33 years the transition has been so easy.
If you think that an easier lifestyle is what your looking for and want to live where you feel a part of something, this is where you belong.

I love the the building’s character!
I have been living at Hillcrest Neighbourhood Village Condos for almost two years and I love it! What first attracted me to the development, being that I am a retired teacher, was the building’s rich history. A great deal of care has been taken to preserve the character of the building – the staircases are original, the hallways are wide and the terrazzo floors are in pristine condition.
Unlike most new condominiums, each unit at Hillcrest has a unique layout. Retrofitting an old building has its challenges but it allows for more creativity. I was very fortunate to purchase a unit with a beautiful rooftop deck which has stunning views of the mountain and at night, the lights of the south side of the city.
I also love that Hillcrest is centrally located. I am an avid walker and in just 10 – 15 minutes I can be downtown or enjoying a stroll at the waterfront.
I think the thing I love most about living here at Hillcrest are my neighbours. Everyone who lives here and works here is very friendly and shares the vision of this one of a kind development!

Customer service and sense of community is amazing!
What an amazing idea and a great vision to take an old high school and turn it into what is know today as Hillcrest Neighbourhood Village Condos.
We purchased a condo in phase one right at the beginning of the project. Brady, Keri and the team are totally amazing an easy to deal with. They all went above and beyond in taking care of our needs and requests. Hillcrest was our choice because we were looking for something different, something that was solid with great amenities and something that wasn’t the same as everybody else’s, something that deserved the name “condominium” and didn’t look like or feel like an apartment building, something that would give us a sense of community. Well, we found our gem. This is our home.
