We purchased a condo in phase 1 right at the beginning of the project. Brady, Keri and the
team are totally amazing and easy to deal with. They all went above and beyond in taking care of our needs and requests. Hillcrest was our choice because we were looking for something different, something that was solid with great amenities and something that wasn’t the same as everybody else’s, something that deserved the name “condominium” and didn’t look like or feel like an apartment building, something that would give us a sense of community. I’ve been living at Hillcrest Neighbourhood Village Condos for nearly two years, and I absolutely love it. As a retired teacher, the building’s rich history drew me in, and I appreciate how thoughtfully its character has been preserved from the original staircases to the wide hallways and pristine terrazzo floors. Each unit has a unique layout, and I was lucky to get one with a rooftop deck offering beautiful mountain and city-light views. The central location is perfect for walking, with downtown and the waterfront just minutes away. But what I value most is the community friendly neighbours and staff who truly embrace the vision of this one-of-a-kind development.

Owning a Hillcrest Village Condo has been an incredible experience for my wife and me something we never expected two years ago. From the start, the staff made the entire process easy and welcoming. Keri and Devika were supportive, transparent, and never pushy, helping us find a unit within our budget and clearly explaining what was included or considered an upgrade.
