Hillcrest Colt Auction – All Proceeds Going to Charity!

Proceeds Going to Charity & Hillcrest Development Team to Match Donations

We are very excited to announce that the Hillcrest Neighborhood Village Condo Development Team will be auctioning off the landmark Hillcrest Colt with all proceeds going to charity.  The Hillcrest development team will be donating all proceeds from the Hillcrest Colt auction to charity and is pledging to match the proceeds from the auction to increase the donation*. The development team will be donating all proceeds to Isthmus (formerly known as “Blessings in a Backpack”). Isthmus is a Canadian based charity that provides food on weekends for Canadian children living in poverty. Given that the development is transforming an existing school, the team selected a charity that is relevant and will be impactful for youth. While many students are supported by school lunch programs, Isthmus is one of the only programs in the country to provide students with reliable access to food that bridges the food security gap they experience over the weekends. For more information on Isthmus, please visit their website by clicking here.

In addition to participating in the auction, if you would like to make a donation to Isthmus on behalf of the Thunder Bay community for which the development team will be matching*, please click here to make a donation directly on the Isthmus donation page.  Please note that when making the donation, so we can accurately track the donation coming from the Thunder Bay community, all donations must be made on this page as it is setup specifically for the Hillcrest Development – Thunder Bay fundraising drive.  The development team and Isthmus team will only be able to track donations made for the campaign directly from this page.

Through Isthmus, the development team has set a goal of raising enough funds to feed 50 students for an entire year.  If you would like to participate in the online auction, please click here!

Let the Hillcrest Colt Auction commence!

*Terms and conditions: the development team will match the proceeds of the auction and donations to a maximum of $3,000.00.
